We strive to ship all in stock (available) orders within 24 business hours unless otherwise noted in the product description or here on this page. Again this is our goal and cannot always be met. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. 

Please be sure you read item descriptions in full as they contain lead-time info for special order items that may show as "available" or "in stock"..

Transit times shown for most shipping methods are estimates. Guarantees are only based upon the guarantee put in place by the shipping carrier. Factory Minibikes provides this estimate as a courtesy and should only be used as reference.

Signature is required on all shipments of $700 or more as well as all of the paid shipping services. We also ship some first time orders with signature confirmation for added security. This is not something that can be avoided. It is a requirement and no exceptions can be made. Please also be aware that any order, regardless of value, may have signature confirmation and this is always noted in the tracking information from the carrier.

We may ship orders in multiple shipments to help speed up delivery or due to different stocking locations.

Orders with hazardous items (Such as oils, batteries, aerosols, tires, etc..) will ship via Ground shipping only and may have a longer lead time. Even if you select an expedited shipping method, it will be shipped ground.

Shipping insurance is included with our paid shipping methods. However, the FREE SHIPPING option does NOT include package insurance. See the free shipping section below for more details.

All order shipping terms are FOB origin. Factory Minibikes cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped.


Free Shipping: (Domestic only)
Orders placed with the Free Shipping option must provide a physical address. If only a PO Box is supplied the order will be put on hold until a valid address can be provided. No exceptions.

Insurance is not included with ANY of the free shipping services. We are not liable for any damage or missing shipments that may arise. If you want to be sure your shipment is fully insured and covered for full reimbursement in the event something happens, then you will need to make sure you purchase a method other than our free option.

Oversized items do not qualify for the Free Shipping program. Shipping will be added for those items only.

Free shipping terms are FOB origin, Freight Pre-paid. Free shipping is only for the USA (Excluding Hawaii & Alaska). Factory Minibikes cannot be held responsible for packages once they have been shipped.


International Orders:
Customs Fees and/or Taxes are not included with your order amount. We do not know if or what those will be. Please contact your local customs office to find out what your import costs would be.


Shipping Discrepancies:
All issues MUST be reported within 3 days of delivery to you.
