The absolute highest quality performance pit bike/play bike exhaust system on the market The next generation in D-Section exhaust system, the D3. The design incorporates an aircraft quality stainless steel header and mid-pipes that have been tuned specifically for each model to optimize performance and power gains. A lightweight “D” profile muffler is used to dramatically reduce weight on all models. BBR’s unique “D” muffler also allows for maximum tire clearance and packing volume. For all applications, the BBR D3, comes as a complete system including a header and muffler. A USDA forest service-approved spark arrester is also included. If you need to reduce the DB level, BBR offers the optional Cancel Core Insert.

Sounds amazing

Package showed up on time , no damage packaged perfectly, looks even better on bike. Sounds amazing with stock insert. Added the quiet cancel core insert and still sounds amazing, neighbors are happier now lol. Would definitely buy again, and recommend to friends and family with bikes.

Love this exhaust. Wanted one since I was a kid. Got the cancel core insert so I can ride backyard tracks.

My order came in, in good time. I love all the BBR packaging. The pipe came with a cool little zip-up tool bag. (Maybe the wife can use it for her make up hah) I installed this pipe, BBR u-flow kit and a 100 main jet. Runs super smooth, no backfires on deceleration. Has a super deep thump to it now. Might invest in the cancel core to keep the neighbours happy.
