Custom Ported Big Valve Head w/ 30mm Throttle Body and CJR Billet V2 Manifold - CRF125F/FB

This high performance head kit is intended for use with the Rad 143cc Bore Kit

• Custom Ported Race Head on a NEW OEM Honda Head
• 30mm Throttle Body
• Big Valves Installed and Ready (Oversized +1.5mm intake and +0.5mm exhaust)
• CJR Billet V2 CNC Manifold - 30-23mm
• 110cc Keihin Injector
• Gasket Set (for stock bore. If you have a big bore kit those should have come with both base and head gasket that will be needed))
• New OEM Intake Manifold to Head Insulator, Port Matched
• NGK CR9E Spark Plug
• The mounting diameter on the throttle body is machined down to fit intake boots with approx. 30-34mm inner hose diameter

Install Notes:

• We highly recommend cutting your airbox screen out and you can also open the rubber boot to increase airflow and maximize the performance gains from this kit.
• 30mm throttle body features a single cable system. It is important to remove the return cable before use.
• We recommend using the CJR RS camshaft with this kit.
• 30mm throttle body does not use the fast idle sensor.
• Install can be rather difficult to install due to the tight frame clearances and stiff intake boot. For our shop build we found it easiest to mount the hardware onto the intake manifold first. From here, move to the right side of the bike and install the manifold onto the cylinder head while the throttle body is off. Next, use a large flat head screwdriver to hold back the rubber intake boot while sliding the throttle body inward into place. Tighten remaining bolts.
