φ51, φ52 aluminum cast iron sleeve cylinders have been redesigned!
The shape of the φ51 and φ52 aluminum cast iron sleeve cylinders has been changed. This has resulted in a different shape of the cylinder head gasket used.
If you are using the piston kit and packing set-A for repairs, please check the shape of the cylinder head gasket before purchasing.
φ51, φ52 aluminum cast iron sleeve cylinder has undergone a model change! We have changed the shape of the φ51 and φ52 aluminum cast iron sleeve cylinders. This makes a difference in the shape of the cylinder head gasket.
When using piston kit and gasket set-A as replacement, please check the shape of the cylinder head gasket before purchase.

The port shape is filleted to enlarge and increase flow velocity for bore-up. The combustion chamber shape is spherical and cross-flow type. The inner wall surface area and volume are compact (φ47), shortening the flame propagation distance (improving volumetric efficiency) and achieving a high level of compression ratio improvement. Fillet mods port for better air flow, hemisphere, cross flow type combustion chamber improves compression at high level.

STD VALVE

The larger valve face and stem diameter of φ5.5 have improved intake and exhaust efficiency and increased durability. Larger valve face and OD 5.5 mm stem for intake/exhaust air flow with high durability

HIGH CAMSHAFT

High lift camshaft developed for the STD head. It achieves both torque at low and mid-range and power at high RPM.
*Available on some models. High lift camshaft developed for STD cylinder head. For torque at low-middle rpm & power at high rpm range.

SE ROCKER ARM

Rocker arm with improved light weight and durability. Achieves excellent tracking even at ultra-high RPMs.
*Available on some models. Lightweight locker arm with durability. High followability at high rpm range.

PISTON

High compression design that matches each engine displacement and combustion chamber shape to achieve high compression, increased torque and high rotation. High compression shape according to each displacement and combustion chamber shape. Torque and high revolution expected.

CRANK SHAFT (only included in the 108cc kits)

A long-stroke crankshaft produces abundant torque. Stroker crankshaft for enough torque.

CYLINDER

Two types are available: an aluminum cylinder block + cast iron sleeve type, and an all-aluminum cylinder type with no cast iron sleeve and a plated coating on the inner wall. Aluminum block with casting sleeve cylinder & all aluminum cylinder with chrome coating inside available.
