NEW EDITION NOW FITS "L" MODELS AS WELL AS OTHER MANUAL CLUTCH KITS!!

Built using our octagonal muffler housing and carbon fiber end cap from our full size exhaust systems. The “Chubby” is a short muffler design that creates big bike sound and increases power!

  • Designed to work with 134cc+ big bore kits
  • Features large tube triple stepped head pipe design to insure good low end torque while maximizing higher RPM horsepower
  • Purpose built Chubby muffler with a larger intake cap and core creating the correct amount of back pressure
  • Standard features include carbon fiber end cap and CNC brackets
  • Optional “Backyard” quiet core insert available

    USA made does it get any better than that

    Great quality! Looks and sounds great. The fitment could be alittle better for the takagawa clutch cover as you have to bend the bracket that holds the cable. Also as mentioned in other reviews it blocks one of the cover bolts so you have to take the exhaust off to get the clutch cover off.

    Exhaust sounds and looks great! If you have a takagawa clutch cover you will have to take the holder off for the cable and bend it to route the cable away from the exhaust or it will burn it up.

    Limited fitment

    The pipe sounds great and seems to go great with my motor build.

    But I wish I hadn’t put it on so soon because the way that they run to header pipe does not work with my tb parts manual clutch kit…. Where the lower adjustment bracket goes on the side case routes my cable directly into the exhaust.

    Not sure if there are other clutch kits that will work or not. Still trying to figure something out. It does seem like the factory 110L cable and bracket might work due to it mounting in a different location but haven’t tried it.

    Also the header route blocks 1 clutch cover bolt so you have to remove the exhaust to get the cover

    I love this exhaust! It sounds like a 250F. I put it on my 2018 KLX110L (bored and stroked to 177cc). The quality is top notch. It fits a bit tight though. It rubbed on the front of my right side panel, causing it to melt, but not enough to mess up my graphics. It also (just barely) touches the clutch cable braket. I could bend that braket a hair and fix that though. No biggie. Over all.... you will not be disappointed with this Rocket exhaust!
